Adolkar (1889-1963) was a direct younger cousin of Beatrix' father Alexander, the clan chief.
Not even sure both "Countess Einsiedel" met each other.

Although Tragatsch is a rather good source of information about the German Bugattis he made mistakes of course. Margot stopped racing in August 1928, and Beatrix first appearance with a Bugatti was in May 1932. 4 years idle? Don't believe that.

I agree with Michael. Both ladies likely never met eachother.
Particularly as Margot got divorced from Adolkar Haubold Siegfried von Einsiedel on February 2, 1925 who was only a cousin of Beatrix von Einsiedel´s father, Kurt Haubold Alexander von Einsiedel (1.7.1884 - 12.11.1957).

Some more data:
Margot von Gans was born in Boulogne-sur-Mer, France.
She married von Einsiedel on October 1, 1921, soon after vEinsiedel got divorced from his first wife on July 13, 1921. For Margot, this marriage was her second attempt as well (divorced from her first husband on February 7, 1921).
She is said to have had a relationship with Huldreich Heusser (they were NOT married) afterwards and up until Heusser´s untimely death. In that time she raced on (Heusser´s) Bugatti(s).
Her third and last marriage with british born Tansanian farmer Harold Rydon started in April 16, 1947. Harold died in 1970 and Margot in 1984. She never had children.

Beatrix von Einsiedel´s marriagal record is not less impressive:
1). Carl-Albrecht Gilka-Bötzow (a squire fom Silesia), August 7, 1930 (aged 22) to November 1932 (the year she started racing ... "Honi soit qui mal y pense" that there was a connection).
2). Eberhard Kühn; February 9, 1938. Kühn died in WW2 (March 23, 1945 in their residence in Eastern Germany, later GDR).
3). Emil Blankenburg, August 12, 1950. Emil died two years later.
Beatrix remained childless and died in the early 1990s (I think...must check this).

Again, I would like to encourage Simon (aka wizzardry) to post his proof of the von Einsiedel link here in the forum. This would offer a great opportunity to get the history of this car once for all straight. I am afraid, only claiming that "there is proof" is neither sufficient nor acceptable as true historical evidence. Perhaps for auction house catalogues, but not for me/us.
