Robert Wallace - Fraud Alert

I saw the today posting on the Bugatti Web of a fraud notice warning Bugattist of Robert Wallace of Austrailia who has committed fraud and theft on several bugattist well known to the members here.

Wallace is under criminial investigation in several countries for different charges stemming from wire fraud to theft. He posted false ads on PrewarCar , which has reported victims.

There is an existing warrant for his arrest - Internationally.

Austrailian police are also compiling an indictment.

He's at it again it seems. Wallace has switched forums and picked up a few more victims in the Ferrari Groups offering them parts and rarities never to be delivered. There are two investigators on his trail, and an indictment in Manilla. He posted parts of the scam on Pre-War Cars.com, where a few more victims lost out, but seems that Pre-War Cars did no warnings to their client base. If anyone out there needs the investigators contact info, PM me .

There is a new victim, where Wallace worked the other way round; he reacted to a "wanted" advert on my site.

Update :
Robert Wallace, alias Peter Wallace , is wanted on bank wire Fraud charges, theft, and Customs violations in countries including the Philippines where he operated a Bugatti restoration shop in a duty free zone. A warrant has been issued for his arrest. His crimes in the Philippines carry a life sentence . Since December 2010 several new car scam victims have been taken by him - with new victims from the Ferrari Groups the latest targets. Anyone having been defrauded , contact the lastest of the detectives in charge.
