A type 23 with engine no. 667 which was invoiced for delivery to Jarrott & Letts on 2nd December, 1924. Post WW2, the car was used in UK competition by Donald Ackernley who subsequently left it to his godson, the Yorkshire, UK, trailer and car dealer Chris Winder. He sold the car to serial “Brescia” owner Kent Olsson in Sweden. He rebuilt the car during the seventies and converted it to type 13 configuration and fitted an early pear-shaped radiator. UK reg. no. BHC 572. It was Issued with a UK BOC replacement chassis plate with serial no. 46 on 3rd May, 1975. Around 1991 it was sold to Minoru Kawamoto who in turn sold it to current owner (2007) Takamasa Seki. See “The Brescia Bugatti” (2006) pages 169 and 326.
