This car is listed in Wiki as a "replica" type 37.

It is in fact a well known car which has passed through the hands of Lindsay Eccles, Roy Blomfield and Ian Entwistle, inter alia.

Its correct chassis no. has now been identified as 37344 with frame no. 569 beyond any reasonable doubt after research by David Sewell.

The car appears in the 2000 edition of the British Bugatti Register listed as a type 37A.

This does make for a nice change, thank you for pointing it out. This is what is so great about a public forum ; sooner or later every bit of information gets reviewed and, if needed, amended as circumstance dictate.
