hello

in the februar 2oo8 issue of " the automobile", Ive found some photos and a report of an australian event" classic adelaide". a small picture shows
a "late brescia like" bugatti, and the text reads: " this interesting 1926 type 26 bugatti was run in the event by paul latham, but it fell by the wayside".

neither this car nor it`s owner was in bob kings"bugattis in australasia" book.
also an existing car of that type has not been known by me up til now. does
anybody know more ??

mike

Goodmorning

info from the book:From Milan to Molsheim

Type-26 was the designation for an eight valve with 68mmx108mm bore and stroke on the 2.55 metre wheel base.
After World war 1, the bore of 68mm became standard.
