Amazing that there are so many Type 50s of which we know so little. They were very expensive cars when new and often with very sexy bodywork, including this one.
My gut feeling is that this car is a T50 rather than a T46- I gather that information on this car is so limited that it is anyones guess at the end of the day.

I remember seeing this car for the first time in a workshop and could not believe my eyes, thinking it was the Wienberger car. Talking to the owner, it transpired that it was a T46 chassis with a T50 engine and they had chosen the bodywork from the photo in the B. Price book. I also think they were German and liked the association.
