The data on that web page are not very strict, since the aim of that page is not to contain all the knowledge on the cars produced by Bugatti, but to sell cars.

Yet, that information is not completely wrong: Only one complete car was produced at the factory, parts to build more cars were produced, but no more complete cars were finished at the factory.
