hello in the februar 2oo8 issue of " the automobile", Ive found some photos and a report of an australian event" classic adelaide". a small picture shows a "late brescia like" bugatti, and the text reads: " this interesting 1926 type 26 bugatti was run in the event by paul latham, but it fell by the wayside". neither this car nor it`s owner was in bob kings"bugattis in australasia" book. also an existing car of that type has not been known by me up til now. does anybody know more ?? mike |

Goodmorning info from the book:From Milan to Molsheim Type-26 was the designation for an eight valve with 68mmx108mm bore and stroke on the 2.55 metre wheel base. After World war 1, the bore of 68mm became standard. |
