Bugatti Type 46

This very beautiful Cabriolet (coachbuilder unknown - French?) is one of three existing T46 whose owners (French?) and/or chassis numbers the authors Klein, Saunier and Jansen were not able to confirm. This much is known : Ordered on 04/04/1930, invoiced on 01/04/1930 and delivered to Agent Mondan & Wilson, Paris, France on 04/04/1930 as a chassis only for the princely sum of FF70 800 (French Currency).
Nothing further is known, which is kind of strange since this car has been entered, and photographed, at quite few events. (Art de l' Automobile, Monaco 2003 ; #26 Rallye Charleston 2004 & #18 Rallye Charleston 2005.) Just to prove that Wiki is still a devastatingly accurate pain in the French derrière, I gleaned a previous Registration Number, not in T46 book, from it, to whit : 891 W 31 (France). The current Registration Number is 424 AZD 31 (France - also). Lovely car don't you think? Anyone know the details of the (presumably French) coachwork? I'll tell you one thing about those tax-dodging French Fascists, they do have superb taste in Bugattis, und unusually, this one appears not to be a fake.
Now for my question : Is 46292 owned by a Frenchman called J. C. Marmier? If so, which other Bugattis does he own? Where exactly does he live? And finally, has he ever deleted information from Wiki and/or threatened anyone connected with Bugattibuilder.com?
