as can be seen on the : www.prewarcar.com site, the most famous bugatti ex dovaz sleeping beauty, the T57 ventoux is up for sale.Ive seen the car at retromobile when it was only half restored and the other half stayed " as found". regards mike |

Arnoud and I have got the question of André Dufilho to sell the Coach Ventoux for him. The car is still for sale and in exellent condition. |

It's a very great pleasure to me to announce, the the English publisher "Veloce" is going to publish our book about "the fate of the sleeping beauties" in a short time. The book tells the story of the car collection of Michel Dovaz between 1948 and 1990 and tells what has become of the cars. The foreword is of Mr. Michel Dovaz himself and we do a correct discription of the cars, that were in Villemarechall in 1983. And we rehabilitate Michel Dovaz. |

The car was four months after the presentation of our book in Holland. Than the owner took it back to northern France. But if someone who is interested I'll be glad to drive him to northern France to see and to drive the car. |

The Bugatti T57 Couch Ventoux, that was on the cover of both books of Herbert Hesselmann (sleeping beauties) is presently for sale for a very good price. The car is extremely good restored by André Lecoq and drives very well. The car is in PB-condition. If you are interested - I don't think the car will be for sale for a long time - please contact me. ard@opdeweegh.eu |

A couple of weeks ago a Swiss television crew visited us the make a documentary for the Swiss and German TV about the story of Michel Dovaz. We rehabilitated the man fully. I had a serious talk with Michel and convinced him to do an interview as well. I succeeded. Next friday he recieves the same crew and will give an interview about what happened back in 1983 and his collection. It will be the first time in 25 years, that he speaks about the "sleeping beauties" in public. This interview will be broadcasted in the same documentary in Switzerland an Germany in January 2010. |

Congratulations. This gentleman bought a very, very nice car. I hope he will enjoy it, and use it in many rallyes, so we get to see it every now and then as well. |

After that the Swiss man bought the car saturday, he changed his mind today. I don't want to fight against it because of the nervs and I am really searching for a good owner who likes the car and appreciates it. So the Ventoux is still for sale. |
