the early T17, # 497 must be the oldest unrestored bugattis left. it seems that the car had only got new tyres since discovered in 1972. but it is more likley that the car
has`nt changed since the mid 2o`s , when it was bought by a garagist, who kept it for more than four decades without restoring it. nice pics of it´s first sight in 1972 can be found on the BOC pages.
