Steve Stanford is a well known hot rod / street rod illustrator out of Los Angeles. Definitely the "go to" guy for creating illustration work that actually gets built by customers and looks cool when done. Below is a concept he created awhile back for a magazine article. (it's not actually being built) Don't kill a real one of these please to build this illustration!
I'd take one of these with a parallel straight-8 engine -vs- the ugly Veyron tank that VW is offering as of late.
