Chassis # 54246

I am looking at purchasing the bones of a car that sports a brass body plate with Chassis Number 54246. See photo.

The car is minus an engine & wheels.

It has also been butchered over the years but has been rebuilt with mostly original parts.

I cannot see any reference to this car on the Wiki data base & was wondering if anyone knows any details of it.

try 54216....that is a bugatti one not a four.Is this car in new Zealand by any chance? If yes then I built it !
