Brescia chassis numbers

My sister-in-law's brother has a Brescia disassembled in several crates in his barn in New Hampshire. It appears to be complete, but in somewhat distressed condition. I have no information other than that.

• Where do I look for chassis numbers?
• Any thoughts on the possible value?
