OK as herman in his last post has asked for more technical info can anyone tell me what’s wrong with this picture?
Anyone but bugwrench or Lazarus (who will see immediately) who answers correctly may win a prize ;-)

Hello!
Please stop kidding. Herman's post has a wider context. It will be difficult to put this elements to the right place. More interesting is how to make them machine od cast?

    Hello 37quest,
They still have no clue! Ha, ha! BTW, there is more than one error but that is only obvious for the real specialists! You know these guys that do not want to share their knowledge!

I think you should put them out of their misery. Then we can get back to Udo's questions.

If you read post more accurately you will save our time and disappointment. I think that with your post you do not fit to Herman's question. In what you are better than me or Udo? I deserve to be rewarded from you but I can say that you insult me. Do me a favor and before you write anything think about it twice.

Merik I don't think I'm better than anyone infact my skills are extremely limited. I apologise if you feel insulted.
perhaps my humour failed to pass the language barrier. The post was simply to make people think A little about how the factory actually made parts rather than what the drawings seem to show im sorry you seem to have missed the point.
I was trying to show the importance of context, if you look at the second photo more closely you will see that the pre bent tubes are not usable as the lugs will not fit past the bend they need to be in place before the tubes are bent. The only solution to make the tubes in the first photo useable would be to cut and rejoin the tube(not ideal) And naturally not something the factory did.
