Hello all,

The T57 was equally high priced at about 630000 Euro for a Stelvio in quite sad order.
A Danish friend said that newspapers over there reported that even RM was astonished about the general high price level at that auction. :shock:

high prices at Aalhorm: most of the cars were extremly original ( except the paint), that made them high valuable. as you can read in some articles prior to the auction, the people around the owner ( baron leven.....) restored most of the cars only
"outside" and not "inside" cause only a few cars had been used on road.
and for the two Bugattis? where in the world can you get two matching numbers, unrestored and original ones????

very interesting are the high prices for the mercedes ssk and 54oK replicas.......

agree with Mike the T40 was lovely my only wory about the T40 was £ given what the RM auctioner told me what the 57 had gone for earlier. my bid lasted seconds by the time it came back to the phones a bidder in the room had taken it DK300k over my limit whole thing lasted seconds for me. i think it sold to a Dane in the room.

There is an Australian T40 up for sale shortly interesting to see what happens as its had an engine swap.
