I'm still far too busy to make real progress at the moment, but rest assured it will appear eventually. Some interesting developments happening as I write in fact that will certainly make the book more interesting. Until then, I am keeping quiet. There would be no point buying the book otherwise. This also applies to your remark Herman. |
