Even car, or two different cars ?

Christophe Ringier claims that 4516 (a Targa Florio car) was renumbered by the factory to 4830. This has been written down by Hans Matti in CH2. But I cannot find anything in the factory books about the renumbering, so I do not have any proof. And CH2 has many replicas which are not written as such in Hans' register so I have my doubts. But if there is anybody who can show me factory documents about the renumbering, I would love to see it.
