Post subject:  A brief observation

In the space of just a few days it has been my honour to watch Bugattibuilder.com completely reinvent itself. In this short space of time I have learned more, and gained deeper insight into Bugatti, and everything it represents, than I have in the past twenty years. Fact.

I do not know how this momentum will grow, but I do know that it will continue to develop, and I do know that the knowledge will continue to be made available to an ever widening audience. Suddenly there is an air of electricity surrounding the flood of new ideas floating about. And what will the result of all this be? I do not have a clue, but it is my honour to stand in awe of this unstoppable wave, perhaps even to contribute as best I can.

I wish to thank each and every contributor for allowing, not only myself, but also so many, many other amateur Bugatti historians, to be part of something bigger and much greater than mere self-interest. Now you must please excuse me, I have to get back to reading some posts, especially those about the Emil Bremmer T35B with sports body by Bachmann (gorgeous innit?); and the ones dealing with the Schlumpf T51A(?) I have been curious about this car's unique appearance for a very long time, now at last I have access to her history. That there still seems to be a lot of debate to be had simply makes it that much more exiting. As it stands this is quality research from utterly trustworthy sources. Thank you.

With much Respect, Admiration and Gratitude
Johan Buchner

PS. Herman, feel free to be a little smug; you've earned it!
