This car seen hrer at Miramas has a swiss registration and doesn't belong to Viscaya.

It appears that this is the car, photo from the Bugatti Trust website,

Coupe de l’Autodrome, Miramas 13 July 1923. An Egyptian Prince pseudonym Mamelouk.

Dear skiff
you are right. This is the car from Mamelouk, the pseudonym of prince Abd El Monheim living in Lausanne (various hotels) Switzerland. He had also some other cars , for exampel Lancias.
