Could the name Grammont have been rendered incorreactly ?

GRAMONT, Duc de. An early friend and supporter of Ettore who helped find him a small factory during the 1stWorld War where he developed his aero engine programme.

GRAMMONT, Edouard. A motor cycle and Bugatti racer using the pseudonym “Eddoura”. He was killed at Grenoble in 1930.

Don't think so. Grammont was still very young when having his fatal accident at Grenoble. Should have been a small child during WW1.
