Wooden pattern for engine 251 . Not sure about the 72 and all the other writing . Maybe a casting for the Valve Cover . Other side , EB Bugatti .

72 is the part (drawing) number. MOT means it is a part from the engine (motor). When the reserve collection was given back to Arlette Schlumpf, they contained lots of Bugatti patterns. I think John Barton owns most of the 251 patterns. |

Probably for the logo on the valve cover. There are no other ellipses on the engine, it seems. What does the other side of the pattern look like? |
