I don't have a clue, but I feel in the mood for a bit of guesswork. A Type 40 bodied in the style of a T35? Several T40's in Wiki looks vaguely similar : 40341 ; 40415 ; 40636 & 40698. Not one is an exact match though.

Surely the type 40 had a central gearchange and handbrake.
