![]() The picture above was posted on the Wiki. I have never seen it before and want to know if there are more photos available of the car. Can anyone confirm the chassis number? |

Picture was taken from my site (bigger version there). Car is on offer in an advert in Classic & Sportscar (a bit more info there), Car is currently in France. The chassis number of course comes from the advert. |

Not likely that there is any Molsheim part fitted in this probably 100% Argentinian product. Any potential buyer should seek expert advise. Bugwrench |

What makes you think that it is not original? Most replica's just receive the GS body, not a Gallé body! |

hello I think, this is one of the most stunnig bugattis found during the last decades. not, for it seems that, except the motor ( but whats the mean of new? a new one from molsheim? there are no details),. its very original. for those, who are not as comon with french coachbuilders. galle was one of the first "futuristic"one, long before figoni starts building their sculpures. galle was very famous for clothing hispano suizas and for my knowledge, they only made a handfull bodies on bugatti chassis. great art-deco style mike |

We already know your opinion about this car, what indicates to you that it is not original? Did you see this car? Do you have proof that the original 43202 was destroyed? |

Information straight from Argentina. There is no proof this body was ever executed on a T43. Can you supply a period picture of the car? General assumption is that is was a drawing only. There is no proof whatsoever is was executed on chassis 43202. The seller has not provided ANY further data on the car which is not a surprise. Bugwrench |

Not of all cars produced period pictures exist of course. There's a similar body, executed on T43, from a Swiss catalogue. ![]() |

Gentlemen, it appears we have to wait for the car to be thoroughly inspected. When I first saw a photo of this T43 (in one of M. Lalanne´s mind-boggling advertisements in LVA magazine), I thought it was a Lavocat & Marsaud body. They once did a very similar body on a 4-litre Peugeot chassis, published in that useful trade magazine L´Auto-Carrosserie. So let´s look forward to find out more about # 43202 ! sleevevalve |
