One of the last Veyron.

But all are not produced. I think we are near 210 Veyron delivered.

the next 3 is the chassis number of the Vincerò by Mansory!?!?

I am not sure that Mansory will purchse new cars for Vincero tuning program, it is possible that they will modify existing customer Veyrons or buy used ones for modifications.

I have heard that this is not because of demand changes, but it takes more time for Bugatti to produce special Veyron editions. Is it true?

The problem was the homologuation in the USA end of 2006 =) more cars in 2007
