The first Sang Noir is the open sale, wonder why it is put for sale, I suppose such cars are to collect and to enjoy, but not to put for sale so fast.

Whats your source on this?

To what i know and during the private launch event, the Pur Sang was made just for EU and was sold out during the launch. That why the launch was in Frankfurt.

Only the prototype went to America. All Production Pur Sang's either in Europe and some came to GCC.

That why the Sang Noir was produced and it was Launched in USA because customers in USA demanded something like the Pur Sang. Sang Noir was made 5 for US, 5 for EU, and 5 for Middle East..
