Each Pur Sang is adapted to the buyer. So you can have some difference. The carbon of the car looks exactly like the official pictures made by Bugatti.

if i compare the pur sang picture in this forum with the one of the dubai dealer the carbon is really different. The dubai one looks very abrasive
the other one is very fine

For what I can see of them, the supposed "Abu Dhabi" at least has 2 differences:

-fiber orientation: The hood of the car has a seam over the middle, where the carbon has been turned 90 degrees, to make left and right symetrical.
-the rims are different

For the wallpaper and the pictures of at least one real Pur Sang, they also differ from each other, in regards to bundle thickness of the fiber. The photo of the real Pur Sang shows a 3K fiber (fine) and the wallpaper shows a 12K fiber (coarse) or 6K or 12K spread tow (also coarse...)

However, the wallpapers could be a computer rendering.

I confirm what Herman supposed : the officials pictures of Pur Sang, released by Bugatti for IAA presssbook were in fact computer renderings.
You should only consider pictures taken during VW pressconference and the pictures taken in Molsheim, issued by Pur Sang, to make a comparison with Abou dabih car.

The one in the link from Freakzilla has the seam over the hood. Possibly a "remake".

I was able to see this all red Veyron this past weekend. I have pics but they were taken on my cell camera phone so they are not that good. It was
parked right by a F40 with only 150 miles on it. The 2 look awesome side by side. To me the Veyron in a solid color looks best in Black. I have seen
the all black one that SVAG had before and it looked awesome.
