On the first page of this tread someone was asking how to download videos from youtube:
first you must use a browser like Firefox or Flock (no, not explorer please);
let's assume you picked flock; search for flock extensions on google, you need Video Downloader and you can find it here: http://extensions.flock.com/extension_detail/1070
install it;
restart flock;
in the lower right corner of the browser a small icon representing a film frame will appear: it's coloured when some video is embedded in the page you're looking. just click on it and a window will pop up: left click on the button and save the file.
just few more steps...
download and install some video player that can handle *.flv files (e.g. FLV Player from www.download.com); rename the downloaded video to .flv extension and that's the magic.
