This unique Grand Sport Veyron was spotted at Bugatti/Bentley dealership in Berlin by one of the photographers at flickr who was so kind to send me pics in right resolution to post them here. Seems that car is GCC specs, do not really know what it is doing in Berlin.

Im probably being a bit slow but what is GCC? do you mean centenaire?? :oops:

It sort of has the opposite colour scheme of the Centenaire bleu, matt with gloss but painted the opposite way round to the original.

GCC are Gulf Coast Countries. Veyrons going there are called GCC specs cars. To my opinion this car is exactly GCC specs.

There is some tech difference because of heat in those countries, as well as the rear plate place, usually it is same as on the US spec cars, but it is not a must. But in this particular case note the rear plate place like US specs, but no side markers.
