We all know the Elephant of the radiators of the Royales. If you like it is a personal matter (I don't - the Hispano Suiza Stork is much better !) But on other Bugatti's there is only a plain screw on cap or sometimes a Boyce Motometer. On a racing or sporty Bugatti, the latter is al that is needed, imho. But on a grand Tourer, a nice Lalique of some other Mascot / Ornament could be a nice addition. Yet I have never seen one on such a Bugatti. Are there any ? Please send photo's and let's discuss: should there be any other ornament than a Elephant or a Boyce Motometer on a Bugatti or are they better left plain.... |

 A monkey... And there is the Bugatti type 57 with the (Royale) elephant on the hood. |
