I have seen a number of posts on this forum that deal with the difficulty of registering some restored Bugattis if they don't have matching numbers. Some have said that owners of restored cars ship them to Poland or some place like that, where they work out a deal, than import them back to France so they can register the car. Can someone explain this? Obviously, I'm confused. |
