The Dutch KIKA foundation brings in funds, and makes them available to 7 different institutes that investigate new treatments for curing cancer, primarily at children. Less pain, better treatments, and better quality of life are their main goals. To assist in funding many initiatives are created by both individuals and companies. Friso Heemskerk is one of those individuals who decided he could do something.
