Any new books (about Bugatti boats for example)?

Nice model cars?

Tell us, tell us!

No books on boats, just a new book "Bugatti Argentina", on Bugattis in Argentina. A very nice work, with lots of unknown photographs and some unknown history.

Not too many new models, apart from the known wonders by eg. Alain Bouissou (who is booked full for the whole year). Some artwork with especially the Bugatti engines as subject. Next exquisite model on the market will be the V16 T67 Aero engine by Martijn.

OK…. Model of T67 ready at Retromobile 2008 looks like a fair deal.. The book about the Bugatti boats is a bit delayed…… So I have to make it up with you Bugatti guys…. Retromobile 2008… my first Bugatti engine model… There is a small possibility that the King Bugatti engine is made instead… Is that a problem…… King engine can be used in model of Bugatti powered boat…. Type 67 not…

King-Bugatti engine is Ok as well, though the T67 may be easier to make (lots of straight lines, except for the compressor). I will send you info that I have on both engines. I think you already have the King-Bugatti cross-section drawings?

OK, you've got me there. I shifted with some space in the house, and I will setup a model building "atelier" in the next few weeks. I will do the Type 67 engine. I will discuss the scale etc with Martijn.

If you need a better scan of the drawing (or the original, I sell one original print at 250 Euro), please send me a mail.
