Hello.

We have a large, private event near Bristol (UK) in aid of a major children's hospice charity who care for over 1,000 seriously ill children and provide important support to their families. It takes place in the lovely rural grounds of a private school adjacent to the hospice.

We are sponsored by two major Audi dealerships for the second year running - Bath Audi and Bristol Audi - who will be showing a number of R8 and RS machines.

It is completely free to attend and register, and all money from donations and raffle sales goes to the charity.

We currently have close to 500 sports, supercar and performance cars registered to attend - everything from the latest McLaren, XJ220, Tesla, a huge Soviet truck and everything in between.

Last year we raised over £5400 and were blessed with the attendance of both Type 57 and Type 35 Bugattis, as well as McLaren F1 GTR, Metro 6R4, Ferrari 599 GTO, Mercedes CLK DTM, Lamborghini Countach and many more interesting vehicles. The Type 57 was owned by a member of this forum.

There is a large raffle of very interesting prizes, which include a hot air balloon flight, Cessna flight, a day with a drag racing team, private tour of Lotus Renault F1, hospitality at the Silverstone Classic meeting and many more.

We also, uniquely, have 3 free expert talks in the theatre by an advanced road and race driving coach, a prestige car restorer and Lotus Renault F1. There is also live music.

I would dearly like to attract some more Bugattis of any vintage to be shown at our event and urge any owners to please contact me as soon as possible through our website, which details everything about the event:

I hope to hear from some of you soon. It is a very relaxing day out raising money for an important cause.

Many thanks,

Graham
