2009 will be the centenary of the installation of Ettore Bugatti in Molsheim. This commemoration will be made during the " 100 Bugatti days " in Molsheim.
No precise details for the moment.

I am told there will be a race at Angouleme in Septembre 2009 to commemorate hundred years of Molshiem Bugatti.

A pity the Angouleme meeting is same weekend as the Molsheim weekend.

The Bugatti festival takes place each year the second weekend of September.

Under reserves :

According to the first suggestions, the 100 Bugatti days would begin on June 5 to finish on September 15. These days will not be organized by the EBA which should take part with others clubs but by the Town of Molsheim in collaboration with Bugatti Automobiles SAS and Messier-Bugatti.

Much better with a naked Hellé Nice draped over the wheel ? Perhaps Stuart could generate one on his magic drawing machine ? Far more interesting than boring obscure brackets ?

I hope the organisers of the festival don't forget we are celebrating the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Bugatti marque by ETTORE BUGATTI. If it wasn't for him, there would have been nothing for Artioli and Volkswagen to exploit.

Incidentally, the earliest recorded delivery of a Bugatti production car was September, 1909. Do we know the precise date and do we know where this car was assembled, since Ettore didn't apparently take possession of his factory until December 1909.

A virtual Helle Nice....

Man, I wish I could. She was a sexy foxtress.

I think you will have to make do with the nude pictures in Miranda Seymour's book!

The "100 years of excellence" program is not yet finallysed, but it should take place in theory between June 8 (Molsheim) to September 20 (Paris). It should make the place to all Bugatti production between 1909 and 2009
