Dear All:
I have a copy. As the seller indicated, the paper stock is very, very heavy and there are no new photos of the remains of the car, post-crash. The best shot (new, or at least new to me) of the car after the accident was recently printed in Erik Koux's article in the latest Bugatti Trust newsletter, along with a very insightful piece on the reconstitution of the car.
Huet does claim that that a segment of the front of the chassis frame and of the rear survived and were reused in the reconstruction. This claim does not agree with what I was told by members of the "restoration" team at Paul Russell's shop, but I suppose there is a chance they could be wrong.

The first edition of this book sold out, but there is another edition planned if they can muster 500 buyers -- buyers, that is, who don't know about caveat emptor. The car was demolished in the crash, DEMOLISHED. A few bits and pieces do not a "restoration" make. The car is a re-creation, gorgeous, yes, but a re-creation. People will always believe what they want to believe, and editions of books are not the only things that sell out.
