I am curious. The only book about Bugatti that properly covers the early days and it is not what you expected. May I ask what your expectations were?

no, I did`nt get it.

why the book is not "my thing". I dont like large and heavy books, for I need another booklet with a translation. and for a book of that cost, there could have been more
rarer pics of the cars and even more couloured one ( f.e. you see coulor pics of mechanical details of the prag T13, but not the car, which is the oldest, the only full
colour pic of a pre WWI car is from an slightly younger one).
there is no translation of the apendix and so on.
compared with " the voisin" and the " buccialli" books, in my opinion it could have done better....
and the aquisition of a large 78rpm collection made me think of selling "not loved" books
