I managed to obtain this booklet:  But now my dillema: it was not carefully cut by the printer: so several pages are still attached at top and bottom, making it impossible to read.  So maybe it is an unread or only partly read copy  But what to do ? Carefully cut the pages or keep it as is.  I could of course buy the reprint too... |

Definitely buy a reprint and keep the original as is. |
