And: why should you put a lot of time in reviving the forum if you are not the owner!

Surely it is up to us to write things here which other Bugatti people might like to discuss. I am a bit handicapped because I am no longer as interested in the prewar Bugattis as I used to be. There are not so many people interested in the postwar cars...

Well, the few that are interested are in fact here! What are the boxes of drawings which I saw passing by on Facebook?

Because I really appreciated and enjoyed the forum in its "lively" days. But I understand Barttore, a lot of interesting people have left. I talked to a number of them in person, and know their reasons, which I can understand also.

For me, the forum and register are about sharing, sharing information. Creating a place where everybody is welcome and can share.
But most of the time it is one direction traffic and personal interests prevail over the benefit of everyone else.

John, I agree with you but that is not the only thing needed to keep things alive. Besides that, you are one the last of the Mohicans.

After a nearly five year search through Artioli and others. I finally managed to track down the original Bugatti drawings [ with the help of a very good friend ] So now I have copies of the T251/ 252 etc drawings which for some reason H Conway never bothered to get copied years ago for the BOC. They are an eye opener. So much information and not just how to machine the parts. I was astonished to discover that Roland was still working on the T251 over a year after Rheims. I am not permitted to show the drawings or give copies but I will give any historical information which comes along from my study of these drawings.
