Was the "Brescia Course" at Goodwood Festival 2009 the car referred to in "The Brescia Bugatti" as car 2557 (née type 23) owned by K. F-H. in the UK ? Was it him driving ?

Why should a 'chopped' T23 participate as a T13 replica in an event like FOS anyway?
