I was going through the Type 37 Wiki register, and I wass researching the racing history for the grand prix races in 1927. I also went through the T37 chassis's to see which cars might have history in the 1927 races.

What I came across seems to be some mistakes either in the T37 chassis history of these cars, OR a mistake on the websites where I got the information on which types of cars were in the race. The sources I looked at for the grand prix info is here, so you can look at them, if you so desire.

http://www.teamdan.com/archive/gen/1927.html

http://www.racing-database.com/Mstarts. ... atti%20T37

Here's what I found that conflicts with the chassis on the http://www.bugattiregister.com:

37243:

Bugatti register says 1927 T37 #35 Targa Florio, 1926, 3rd, and car was owned by Jules Goux. In looking at above grand prix websites, 1926 targa florio was on Apri. 25, 1926 and this car is a 1927 car, so something is wrong here. Also, on the web, it said Jules Goux raced a T35 in this race (#18), not a T37. Additionally, although not listed on the bugatti register, I did see also that Jules Goux raced a T37A (not T37) #24 to 6th place in the Coupe de la Commission Sportif in Monthlery on July 2, 1927. (here, the info on the Bugatti register about this car being in the Targa Florio in 1926 is probably wrong as it is a 1927 car)

37285:

Bugatti Register says T37A grand Prix - it raced in Grand Prix de Boulogne, 1927 with Malcolm Campbell in 1st place, and also Malcolm Campbell as an owner.

The grand prix website (which could be wrong) said the Grand Prix de Boulogne was on September 10, 1927, but it said the Malcolm Campbell raced in a T39A (Here the website could be wrong or the register, but I wanted to point this out.)

That's all I found, but I wanted to point out those inconsistencies to you, and see if anyone knows the true history, so the Bugatti Register on these cars can be historically accurate.

Following are the races I was told that Jules Goux and Malcolm Campbell were in:
