From another thread:

BUTTI, Keith.

A controversial engineer and dealer involved with the “rebuilding” of several GP Bugattis and six cylinder twin-cam Amilcars. He traded as “Tomkyns Ltd” in Upminster Common, Essex but is now believed to reside in Spain. In 1981 he was mentioned as a former owner of a type 30 “project” then in the hands of M.P.W. “Mike” Raahauge. Amongst the cars he was later thought to own were a type 35 with chassis no. 4421 and engine no. 12 which he imported in 1982 from Belgium. The car later became well known in the UK in the ownership of R.F.Wills who still owned it at the end of 2005. Also imported from Belgium in the same year was a 35B with chassis no. 4805 and engine no. 184T (reportedly ex-4932). He was listed in 1989 as the owner of a Grand Sport type 43 previously listed as 43256 which had been imported by him from France in 1977 and then owned by Dan Marguiles. The car’s frame had been modified to type 43 specifications. He also owned a “type 43” which he appears to have assembled based on a reprofiled type 38/44 frame and the engine (no. 69) from car 43200. It was issued with the UK registration PN 7423 and is believed to have been exported to Japan around 1993. He was listed in 2000 as having been involved with a “replica” type 35A reported as having an engine no. 288, reg. no. TSU 867 and a chassis plate stamped 678 which is thought to have been exported.

Understand Butti went bankrupt in the early 90's and disappeared. Anybody around remembering details? When did that happen? What had been the circumstances? What happened to his cars and parts? Had been any customer cars involved?
