Car 37291 with engine 192 is a standard unsupercharged car supplied in August 1927 to "Tongla Delanoue" (sic). In 1974 the car was listed with one P. Pautet in Paris. (Presumably the same gentleman who owned the type 23 said to have engine 677 which has been crudely chopped down to produce a bad copy of Friderich's 1920 Le Mans car (902) ). In 2004 "Grand Prix Bugatti" David Sewell listed the car still in Paris. There is no mention of car 37291 in wiki. Does anyone know anything more about the car ? |
