Dear Friends On Tuesday the 30th of November I shall have two of my neck vertebrae surgically fused. Apparently an old injury, but seeing that I experienced almost no pain it went unnoticed. At least I've still got my health ; and youthful good looks. Stop laughing. Kind Regards Johan |

Thanks guys. There has been a spate of infant deaths here in S.A. due to unspecified infections in hospitals, therefore my doctor has decreed that I will stay only one night in hospital - they're waking me up in the high-care unit and I will be discharged the next day "as early as possible." But the best news of all is that my medical-aid is paying for everything, including the Porsche-owning surgeon's fee. It would seem being gainfully employed does have some advantages.
