It's obvious that to cast first we have to got the model.
Have you got others expiriences, did or do you work with it? Others technology?

This was discussed elsewhere as well, the front axle is forged, not cast!

Does this help? A method that comes very close to the way Molsheim did it. The only difference is that these exles are totally machined from a billet while Molsheim used a forging to save a lot of metal and machining.

Wonderful AXLE making process.The forging is not so very far from the Bugatti method.I don't understand the red model ? This is for casting surely? Are these AXLES for sale?
