| Post subject: | A Gathering of Pocher Models |
I'm new here so if this post is inappropriate I will understand if its removed. I'm a member of another site and several of our members, including myself are building Pocher's. Some of us build box stock while others go into great scratchbuilt detail. For the past year, we have been discussing the possibility of putting on an "On Line" gathering of Pocher models. It would not be a contest, there'd be no prizes and there would be no entry fee. Both finished and unfinished models would be encouraged to participate through a maximum of six photos per entry. A previous event (open to any model) on our site attracted over one dozen Pocher models. Let me be very clear, this is not a solicitation for membership to another site. We are simply offering a venue for Pocher modellers to show their finished and unfinished builds in a groupe setting. We hope that if the idea gains momentum, that each year the event could be hosted by a different site. I'd really appreciate some feedback and your support. Go for it, Rick. I hope the next online gathering will be even better than the last one. To all Pocher owners: This gathering is very simple: Send some digital photos to the Email address Rick provided. That is all you need to do. (and of course check the topic on the scalemodelcars.com forum where the photos will be showed.) |

Thanks for your support Herman. For everyone's information, we are still in the exploratory stage so please don't send photo's yet. If we get enough support, we'll make an announcement here. Additional comments are encouraged. |

I have some photo's of the 50T i could send. It would just be the chassis as i didn't have the heart to cover it with the body. |
