Correct, this is a short wheelbase Royale, with Z-channeled chassis, and a V8 engine. You can do anything with plastic... |

Radiator is not from the Napoleon, probably from the other Italeri Royale (Double Fiacre) |

The kit had both radiators in the sprue, to make the sprue suitable for both Italeri Royales. Jaap: why digging up this old thread? Working on a hotrod? ![]() |

Yes, planning on building one from an original Royale which I recently found, bricked in in the cellar of a hospital in Rumania. ![]() |

That is nice! I once was in Romania, and saw this car, but did not take it, as it is not economical to run. Took the pre-war racing Mercedes instead. |

As if those are economical run! The Royale maybe cheaper! You seem to have made the wrong choice.... |
