I see my post last Sunday is the latest one. I belong to some sites that I need to check hourly to stay current!

As nuts as I am about Bugattis, I had hoped for more action here.

Does anyone ever post "in-progress" work?

Just trying to understand what expectations to have here. Thanks for the read.

Dave

The modellinh section is something that definately needs to be developed.

Some things that I will do in the next future:

-show people how I make silicone moulds for resin casting
-keep track of the restauration of a Pocher Bugatti, which a friend will do for me.
-keep track of the building of some more models, which hopefully will be done in the next future. I have plenty of models to build, but do not have the time or the patience at the moment. Here's the list of Bugattis that desperately need building:

However, tell me what you want to see here, and I will try and work on it. If you know of other Bugatti modellers, please send them over.

Oh my! Did not mean to imply at all that I expected YOU to do more! Was merely asking if this would be welcome or even typical.

I've decided that if I want a Type 13 in 1/24 scale, I need to scratchbuild. I've started planning and will begin soon. Would in-progress shots be welcome? No promises on timing mind you!

Please do post everything you feel is appropiate. Scratchbuilding a type 13 is great! Let's see if we can get this forum part rolling!

Forum member Pico once scratch built a type 57 "Shah d'Iran". I believe he has a mould for that.

David and Herman,
This is a typical problem that I experience on most sites that are not dedicated to models. Extremely frustrating as you get to the point of saying " what the heck" !!
However, on a site like this which is dedicated to a single marque, I will attempt to assist in kindling interest here. I'll also make the Bugatti collectors on the Diecast Xchange forums aware of this. Not many are scratch builders but more like myself detailers of existing models.
Let's get Bug modelling up and running !!
