first , I do not have a mechanic for the drawings , I have a Diplom Engineer for them .
" small squares or triangles means grinded surfaces " , in what year do you live ? We have 2012 . I didn't know Poland is so much behind . Can you show your triangels on a Molsheim drawing ? Look at the foto how it looks today .
About pressure angle 20 ° , I have the tools to measure it . And I am sure you do not hnow how it must look . Original this parts must have a pressure angel 14,5° . And I told you that this parts have mistakes , but you did not care about it and sold them .
we have an expression for this , made in Poland .
You have absolutely no knowledge about gears and parts like this , you are only talking in a forum . And know I can talk even more bad about some members 8)

If you use Molsheim drawings you must know symbols and marks from those times. Does this sentence need more comments?

Ignoring those symbols causes making mistakes. It is shown on your pictures. This stearing gear was made based on drawings from you.

Neither one nor the other value is not proper.

The way you assembly the steering gear in lathe is not enough precisely because the tool post is exposed for the vibrations. It does not make any sense. Now I know why the angles doesn't match you.

You do not need to worry about my steering gears because I use computer programs as it is in 2012.

You are not suitable for cooperation at all.

Your words do not mean to much so you can babble as much as you want.
