 Post subject: Brass maker plates

I need two of the maker plates that fit in the spring tube on a Type 13 chassis. Mine have been polished so much you cannot read them now.

Leave them alone! Assuming you didn't polish them to this state, this is part of the history of the car. Replacing them would be heresy.

Yes I have to agree.New plates are available from the BOC of course should you want to know what they used to look like.
